Little Dragons is for ages 7 and under, with no fixed minimum age. It mostly depends on whether your child can follow simple directions, so try a class and see.
Yes. Taekwondo (ages 8+) and Kendo (ages 10+) are family classes. Adults new to Taekwondo start as white belts in our Saturday class.

Comfortable athletic clothes and a water bottle. A loaner uniform is included during your free days, and we provide any training equipment beginners need.
Most students train 2–3 times a week, but you can choose a schedule that fits your life.
